We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.

 

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will processed within 2-4 days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Twinkle and Shine Jewelry has an estimated delivery time that you can find in your email upon completion of order processing.

2. How long do I have to change my shipping address once my order is placed?

You can only update your shipping address before placing an order. To ensure that your package can be properly delivered, please make sure your address is complete and correct with all information including apartment/suite/room numbers. Once your package is processed and shipped, we will not be able to change the shipping address.

3. What should I do if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?

In order to ensure accuracy, please make sure your information is correct before submitting an order. If all are correct, then please refer to your spam folder. You may also email us at info@TwinkleandShineJewelryStore.com to find out more about your order.

4. How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

You have 5 days to request a refund. Which means, you have 5 days after receiving the items to request a return.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not possible.

6. How come my package shows delivered but I have not received my package?

Packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mailbox and/with your neighbors and families first. If you can’t find it, check for your package with your delivery company. Remember to bring your tracking number! If you still can’t find your package, please don’t hesitate to contact support at info@TwinkleandShineJewelryStore.com.

7. Why was my order shipped separately?

We will send your order as soon as possible. Sometimes your order might be shipped separately due to the stock. When possible, we will limit the amount of packages you will receive. 

8. Why was my package returned?

There are multiple reasons your package might have been returned to us.      1. 9. What happens if i receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order - if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply notify us and we’ll give you a refund.

10. Do you offer exchanges? 

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

11. Do we ship to P.O. boxes?

Unfortunately, we DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Please use an alternative shipping address and ensure that the information is accurate to avoid delays on arrivals.
